Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Monsoon Intelligence, an AI invoicing and accounting assistant on WhatsApp and the web, for Indian small businesses.
1. The Service
Monsoon lets you create GST invoices, track payments and expenses, send payment reminders, and ask questions about your business data. The free plan covers invoicing; paid plans add reminders, the Pocket CFO, and intelligence alerts.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you provide, including GST details and invoice contents.
- You confirm you have the right to share any third-party information (such as customer contact details) with the service.
- AI-generated answers are decision support, not professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. Confirm filings with your CA.
3. Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans bill monthly. You can cancel at any time with one message; access continues to the end of the billing period. Your invoices and records remain exportable after cancellation, and we delete remaining data on request.
4. Data
How we collect and handle data is described in the Privacy Policy and on the Security page. We do not sell your data.
